A comprehensive course on pumps – types and construction of pumps

Design /selection of right type of pump for a given service, NPSH requirements, performance monitoring, trouble shooting.
4. Design, selection and operation, performance monitoring & troubleshooting of Compressors:
Course content includes Compressor basics and types of compressor

5. Sizing of relief valves, flare system:
This shall include- purpose and scope of application of relief valves

6. Line sizing, hydraulics, piping design and control Valve sizing:
Shall include- pressure drop calculations in single phase fluid flow in pipelines, two-phase fluid flow in pipelines

7. Distillation, design of tray towers, packed towers -:
